Third-party services
The Academy is coming soon and not accepting paying members. Online Coaching is application-only; Personal Training is private, by enquiry or invitation. Exploring the Skool community is subject to that platform's terms.
Pricing
The planned Academy membership price is in Australian dollars and may change before launch. Historic project prices are shown for reference only. Email enquiries and applications do not guarantee acceptance or create a purchase.
Online coaching
Online coaching is A$89/week, offered as flexible weekly coaching, an 8-week block (A$712 total) or a 12-week block (A$1,068 total). These are offers subject to personal review, not automatic purchases. Submitting an application does not create a contract or take payment. Commitment, cancellation and payment terms are agreed in writing with Peter before enrolment. After acceptance, payment is made through a private payment link sent personally by Peter: fixed blocks can be paid in full up front or in equal weekly instalments (the total is the same either way) and never renew automatically; the flexible weekly plan continues until cancelled by contacting Peter. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — BOXREALM never sees or stores your card details. Messaging can be sent any time; replies are given when reasonably available and are not immediate or an emergency service.
Premium Academy education is included without an additional Academy fee while actively enrolled in coaching, subject to availability and manual access confirmation. Paid Academy education is still coming soon. No automated Skool entitlement is promised.
Weekly individual check-ins and a provisional allowance of one detailed video review per week, up to 15 minutes of footage, are proposed; final limits must be agreed. Messaging is asynchronous: messages may be sent any time, with replies when reasonably available, not immediate 24/7 responses or emergency support. Nutrition and recovery support is general coaching guidance, not medical or dietetic advice.
Cancellation
Fixed 8-week and 12-week blocks end automatically after the agreed term and never renew without your separate, explicit agreement. Instalment plans stop after exactly 8 or 12 weekly payments. The flexible weekly plan continues week to week until you ask Peter to cancel; cancellation is arranged personally, not through a self-service button. The notice period for weekly cancellation is agreed in writing with Peter before any payment is taken.
Refunds
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies where a service is not provided with due care and skill or as described. Any refund beyond those rights — for example for a block you choose to stop early — is agreed in writing with Peter before enrolment. If you believe you were charged in error, contact Peter at the email you enrolled with; do not pay again.
Payments
No payment is possible on this site without a personal link from Peter, issued only after your application is accepted and your coaching agreement is confirmed. Card details are handled by Stripe. Prices are in Australian dollars.
