Privacy

BOXREALM respects your privacy. Apart from the online coaching application and the optional client story form, this website does not collect personal information through on-site forms. Email links open a draft in your own email program; you must press Send. The Skool community is a third-party platform with its own privacy policy; paid Academy membership is not open.

Online coaching applications

When applications are open, the form collects your name, email, optional phone, location, time zone, preferred commitment option, non-medical training information (goals, focus, experience, equipment, availability, video-feedback interest), contact preference, 18+ confirmation and consent. It also stores a one-way coded fingerprint of your network address, used only to limit repeated submissions; your raw address is not stored.

Applications are stored in a private database hosted on Lovable Cloud. Only the verified BOXREALM owner can view them; there is no public access, and applicants do not have accounts. We use your details only to assess and respond to your application. We do not collect health information or footage in the application, and the application does not accept video uploads.

If you become a client, Peter keeps private coaching records (programming, check-ins, written feedback and onboarding progress) in the same owner-only system. If you enrol, payment is made through a private payment link processed securely by Stripe; BOXREALM never sees or stores your card details — only your payment status and payment references are kept. No email notification service or Skool access automation is connected; Academy access is assigned manually.

Enquiries

The enquiry form on the Contact and Personal Training pages stores your name, email, optional phone, topic and message, plus the same one-way coded network fingerprint used to limit repeated submissions. Enquiries are private to the verified BOXREALM owner and used only to reply to you. No automatic confirmation email is sent. Ask at any time to have your enquiry deleted.

Client stories and testimonials

If you share your story at /share-your-story, your answers, any before/after photos or video, and the permissions you ticked (with the wording version and time) are stored privately. Only Peter can view them. Your email and contact details are never published. Nothing is published unless you gave permission for that specific item (written story and name, photos, or video) and Peter has approved it. Published photos and video are delivered through short-lived links; if a story is unpublished or you ask for removal, it is taken off the site and its links stop working within about 10 minutes. Ask at any time to have your story and files deleted.

You may contact Peter to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, or to raise a privacy concern. Records are kept only as long as needed for the application or coaching relationship; a fixed retention schedule has not yet been set, and records are deleted on request.
